Yes! The venue has ample parking space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will be coordinating a shuttle between the DoubleTree and the venue. We will be provide an RSVP for this due to limited space. Check back soon for details!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will be serving some delicious BBQ (Brisket, ribs, and smoked chicken). The catering company also offers vegan pulled jackfruit tacos for non-carnivore guests! Please make a note on the RSVP if you would like that option!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Thursday the 14th we will host a welcome happy hour at the Sky Blu Rooftop bar at the Tru by Hilton!

Thank you for your appreciation. Due to limited seating arrangements, invitations are limited to specified guests only. We appreciate your support and appreciation of our union. We are only able to accomodate guests named on the invitations.

While we love all you all, we are limiting kids to select family members to accommodate space and transportation. If you feel as though there is a mistake for your family's RSVP, please reach out and we can make it work!
