UPDATE: We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to and from the Essence Event Center. For the ceremony, the first shuttle will depart the Drury Hotel to take hotel guests to the Essence Event Center at 2:40 pm. The last shuttle before the ceremony will depart the Drury at 3:20 pm. The cocktail hour and reception are also at the Essence Event Center and will immediately follow the ceremony. Due to the last shuttle departing the hotel at 3:20pm, we suggest calling the hotel morning of to see if an early check will likely be possible for guests arriving/checking in Saturday. Starting at 8:00 pm, there will be a continuous shuttle bringing hotel guests from the Essence Event Center back to the Drury Hotel. The final shuttle of the night departs at 11:45 pm. The Essence Event Center does have a small parking lot and a parking ramp that is extremely close. Any cars left overnight will need to be gone by 11:00am on Sunday, July 16th. Use the link below to book your stay within the Chirhart-Kellerman wedding block. Each room is a two-room king suite and no minimum stay is required. Let us know if you have any issue booking a room under our block and we'll get it addressed - the room block may have filled up but we can add more rooms until June 14th.
