Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be transporting to and from the wedding venue. It will make two rotations and stop at both The Hotel Northampton and the Fairfield Inn, Northampton. The shuttle is a yellow school bus, so it will be hard to miss!

What time can I expect the shuttle?

Answer

There were will be two shuttles to and from the wedding that will stop at the Hotel Northampton and the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Schedule is below: To the Wedding Shuttle 1: 2:50pm- Hotel Northampton 3:00pm- Fairfield Inn Shuttle 2: 3:25pm- Hotel Northampton 3:30pm- Fairfield Inn Leaving the Wedding Shuttle 1: 10pm Shuttle 2: 10:25pm

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the venue for guests who would like to drive.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We will be having a wedding welcome on Saturday, April 2nd at the Platform Sports Bar in Northampton. This event is optional and will be casual. Please feel free to drop by at any time after 8pm if you'd like. There will also be an after party located at the Northampton Hotel after the wedding reception on Sunday.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Wear what feels comfortable! Though the venue is at a farm, most of the grounds are paved, so feel free to wear heals. Please reach out to Charlie and Arielle if you have any specific questions.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! Rooms are booking quickly but there is a room block at the Hotel Northampton on Sunday night and that is where the after party will be held. There is another room block at the Fairfield Inn for both Saturday and Sunday and is within walking distance from the town center and Hotel Northampton.
