Payment will not be due until 30 days prior to the date of your stay. This reserves your room so that way the room you want does not get snagged. This resort books up far in advance. ***Please see FAQ section for more information*** 2. You may choose to stay at another resort however, access to our resort for the wedding day is $100 per guest. They are very strict on security and knowing who is exactly on the property. We will not be covering this and you may miss out on several wedding activities. The resort does charge this fee per day as well. Shuttle

A shuttle will be provided complimentary from the airport and back by Finest Playa Mujeres with every 3 or more night stay. Please communicate the time you would like your shuttle pick up/drop off directly with the resort. This information should be included when you book your room. Don't worry if you're booking in advance. Give general estimates in the booking information. In your booking confirmation email, there is a link that should say "Schedule Transfers". Click that link and it should direct you to email Seasons Transfers. It is okay if you book your room and schedule your transfer later by emailing Seasons. This is the third-party company the resort works with. They will ask for your flight numbers, flight timing, passengers, and hotel confirmation number. Once you email them this information, they will send you a confirmation email to confirm pick up times for arrival and return to the airport.
