When and Where

Welcome Event: Curling!

12:45 pm - 3:00 pm

We'll be on the ice, but it can get warm while you play! We recommend warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothes (layers!), as well as gloves and warm socks. Shoes should be close-toed and rubber-soled.

There will be light snacks and drinks served. We have the ice for two hours, and we'll have an instructor for the first hour of play (1-2pm), so if you're new to curling, please come on time!

Reception

3:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

We are planning an outdoor ceremony! It is in a heated, covered tent, but please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly. In the case of severe weather, we will have an indoor ceremony. The remaining events will be indoors. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm, followed by a short break for group photos before cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, and then a reception including dinner, dancing, and games. The reception will be a seated meal with vegetarian and gluten free options.
