I would like to say a couple words about my spouse / husband. He is loving. He is caring. A Go Getter. I mean goal getter. Did I say goalie! Oh wow, yes, since young! Very goal oriented! Mastering to speak, read and write English in kinder/first grade then Spanish. Receiving a scholarship fund account in reward. A high achiever since very young. His high spirit, Years playing soccer, great in every position & one of the best goalies in his division in Orange County, said the local news paper! Did I leave out he was class president in 6th grade and was in charge of announcements. It must have been cool reporting to the office to give anouncements. Also the coolest kid in town! As one of my twin sisters once asked him “ Carlos where you popular… nnnznnnzznzz” she was 8 & excited to hear he sure was! He is exceptional he is my spell check as he also won Orange County’s spelling B champ. Elementary seems to have been his year. With his charisma, charm, determination, love, understanding, & so much more. Wow am I lucky he still chooses ME! He inspires me to be the best I can be everyday! He believes in ME! Who am I!? To be loved by such a great human, as he!? As he chuckles! Lol

Almost 20 years? No way! It really doesn’t feel like it. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun! Maybe the reason we don’t feel like it’s been that long is because we look…. I mean feel young. Ceci is an amazing person. She has a heart of gold. Anything anyone asks her for she goes above and beyond to help and to make them feel comfortable and at ease from whatever task they are doing that they needed help with. If someone asks her for a solution, she will give them 50. And although it’s hard for her to sometimes be understood, I understand. I understand that her heart and her kindness is irreplaceable. Although she doesn’t think so, I think she’s absolutely perfect, not just for me but to everyone she helps, and everyone she’s around. You see she is my better half, and if you see me with a smile on my face and with a great attitude, don’t think it’s cause that’s just me. I heard that behind every great man there’s an even better woman, and I’ve been told a time or two that I’m a great man, so that makes her an excellent woman. I wouldn’t trade our time together for anything. I know we have always lived and moved around to different places in the country, but honestly I can say California, North Dakota, or even Texas isn’t home. Home is where the heart is, and mine is next to hers.
