What can I say? it was a day like any other. I was on time to my 1st class, and I was ready to learn. After learning everything, and heading out of my English class, there she was exiting her class right next to mine… I thought I was turning into the Hulk. My heart was feeling strange. It kept trying to pound out of my chest. I asked my friend Tank, who is that? He said “Oh that’s Ceci, you want me to try to get you her number?” I said “No, I got this.” So weeks went by, and I finally worked up the courage to ask one of her friends for Cecis’ number. We started talking on the phone, and would last hours chit chatting like great friends. And the very next day at school after chit chatting we would walk around next to each other almost as if we didn’t know each other, we were very shy, and it would take a lot to start up a conversation in person. But look at us now, say one word to us and we won’t shut up! Literally.

It was a great summers Eve. Birds were in the air chirping away, the fresh smell of carnitas from Northgate were penetrating the air at Don Roberto’s jewelry. Ceci and I were deciding on which ring would be perfect for her. When she seen the heart shaped beautiful ring sitting in that glass display shining oh so bright, we knew that was the one. So my words were, “You sure you want to do this with me?” After Cecis yes, the only thing we were waiting for was God to seal the deal with a credit approval. It was a fun process as we drove all over Santa Ana looking for the perfect ring.
