Flight
We would recommend flying into Sky Harbor, as it is the largest airport in the area. There are very small, private airports in Flagstaff and Sedona, but general travel will go through Phoenix.
Travel Note
If you can share rental cars, that would probably be ideal.
Shuttle

The most used shuttle for distance transport between Phoenix and Sedona is Groome Transportation. You can find their exact schedule and ride fares on their website: www.groometransportation.com/sedona One-way fare is about $63 from Phoenix to Sedona, depending on where you get picked up and dropped off. And a roundtrip ticket is about $108.

B&G are staying here. It is pricey, but beautiful. Unfortunately no room blocks, but let us know if you plan to stay here so we can meet up :)
Hotel
Dustin and I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is within walking distance to the venue and restaurants.
Hotel
This hotel is in "West" Sedona. It is very close to Colby's tree and about a 10 minute (depending on traffic) drive to the hotel. Very affordable and rooms are decent.
Travel Note
Honestly, it is probably going to be most cost-efficient to share a house rental or find a small air bnb option, when possible. If you are looking at a map, the venue is located where the 179 and 89A meet. There are TONS of air bnb and VRBO options in Sedona, as it is a very popular destination.
Travel Note
Driving in Sedona can kind of be a pain on the weekends. Expect delays and traffic, especially if you are headed toward downtown Sedona (where all of the shops are).
