Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Valley Forge/Great Valley
We have set up a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Rooms can be reserved for Saturday June 28th, 2025 and Sunday June 29th, 2025. Guests have until May 28th, 2025 to reserve a room under our block. Please use the website link provided to reserve a room. Thank you so much! Currently, Marriott is having trouble differentiating the Saturday and Sunday rates. The Saturday hotel rate it correct, but the Sunday rate is $119. The Fairfield Inn staff will be correcting the rate in their system once you reserve the room. Shuttle

A shuttle will run to and from the hotel from 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm on June 29th, 2025. If you are not staying at the hotel, Terrain at Devon Yards has a designated parking lot adjacent to the venue for our guests. Terrain at Devon Yards asks guests to arrive only 15 to 20 minutes early to the venue. They will not open the ceremony venue doors until this time. If staying at the hotel, please plan to get on the shuttle around 4:00 pm. Thank you so much!

Parking at Terrain at Devon Yards
If driving, Terrain at Devon Yards has a parking lot adjacent to the venue for our guests to park. There is a sign in the front of the parking lot to signify where it is. Also, above there is a guide that demonstrates where the parking and event space are. Terrain asks guests to arrive only 15 to 20 minutes early to the venue. They will not open the ceremony venue doors until this time. Pleaseeeee do not drink and drive!! If planning to drink, please plan to catch an Uber home or book a night at the hotel and take our transportation. Thank you so much!
