When should I RSVP by?

We ask each guest to RSVP by May 1st, 2025. Thank you!

If applicable, plus ones are listed and designated on your Invitation envelopes. It is also listed when you go to RSVP. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We kindly request that this event be for invited children. The names of invited guests were listed on the Invitation envelopes. Guests invited in your party are also listed when you go to RSVP. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. Terrain at Devon Yards asks guests to arrive only 15 to 20 minutes early to the venue. They will not open the ceremony venue doors until this time. Thank you so much!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be semi-formal, so feel free to wear cocktail attire. Suits for men and cocktail dresses for women are perfect!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We have included gluten-free and nut-free options on our menu to accommodate our guests' food allergies. Please reach out to Zachary or Catherine or submit a response through your RSVP if there are other food allergies we should be aware of.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a hotel block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Valley Forge/Great Valley. Please visit the Accommodations tab of our website to reserve a room. If you are unable to reserve a room please reach out to Zachary or Catherine. Thank you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?
Answer
Yes, we will have a school bus shuttle running to and from the hotel from 3:30- 10:30 pm. Please visit the Accommodations Tab for more information. Terrain at Devon Yards asks guests to arrive only 15 to 20 minutes early to the venue. They will not open the ceremony venue doors until this time. Please plan to get on the shuttle around 4:00 pm.
