An archivist preserving queer history in the Midwest with a passion for social justice, they are working on their PhD studying Women, Gender and Sexuality at the University of Kansas. Arlowe is unable to attend the wedding but remains a Bridesmate and will be there in spirit.

Dr. Charles Brown was the Bride's college advisor for her Masters degree. Charles has studied cliff swallows for 40 years and the Bride in honored to contribute to the project. The Bride considers Charles to be a mentor and family. Charles will be reading during the ceremony.

Bernadette is the Groom's aunt and Godmother. She helped the Bride with her resume so she could land a job in the valley and the couple could live together after two years of semi long distance. Bernadette is very important to the story of the Bride and Groom and they are excited to have her officiate the ceremony. Bernadette works as a Program Manager in wireless telecom.
