This hotel is about 10 minutes away from Water’s Edge Resort and offers welcoming amenities, including a heated indoor pool and breakfast cafe. We have reserved a room block here for our guests under the group code 'Cates - Tepp Wedding.' To note, this hotel has a two-night minimum stay. Please call the front desk to book in our block by the cutoff date of July 25, 2023. See below for Shuttle Service information for the day of our wedding. Water's Edge is also a short uber or car ride away and offers a free parking lot, and valet parking on the day of our wedding, to come and join our weekend of celebrations!

This hotel set in a beautiful marina is about a 12 minute drive from Water's Edge Resort & Spa and offers various accommodations. Please note, there is a two-night minimum stay at this hotel. Uber is a great option to get back and forth to our venue, or drive your car and utilize Water's Edge parking lot and valet parking on the day of our wedding.

Shuttle - Day of the Wedding

August 26, 2023 3:30 pm - 1:00 am

Shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at The Quality Inn Old Saybrook on the day of our wedding. Below is the current schedule & subject to change as we approach our wedding weekend and details are finalized. Shuttle from The Quality Inn to Water's Edge Resort: 3:30 pm – Our shuttle will arrive to pick up guests for a 3:45 pm departure and transport them to Water’s Edge Resort, drop off and return to Quality Inn. 4:15 pm – Our shuttle will pick up remaining guests and transport them to Water’s Edge Resort for the Ceremony. Shuttle from Water's Edge Resort to The Quality Inn: Our shuttle will make three scheduled departures at the end of the party at 10:30 pm, 11:30 pm, and 1 am.
