To book, do not forget to use our discount website address link below! The last day to book and receive the discount is August 6th. There is an airport courtesy shuttle available from 5:30am to midnight every half hour daily. When you arrive at the airport call the hotel at 585-225-6880 and press 0 to speak to the front desk to arrange for pickup! Transportation services will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception for hotel guests. Buses will leave the hotel to head to the ceremony at 3:30pm sharp. It is about a 20 minute drive by car from the hotel to the venue. There are other hotels and Air BnBs around the area. If guests choose not to stay at the above listed hotel, please check the distance from the venue as transportation to and from the venue will not be provided.
