Join us for a welcome celebration the night before the wedding! This is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Attire is dressy casual.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm and will be outside weather permitting. At our ceremony, please respect our wishes to have no use of cell phones or cameras. We would love to have you be present in the moment with us and see all of your smiling faces instead of your devices. Our photographers will capture everything, and we’ll be sure to share our pictures with you all! Feel free to take as many pictures as you would like afterwards at the cocktail hour and reception. Buses will leave the hotel to head to the ceremony at 3:30pm sharp.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Guests can enjoy a few light bites in addition to cocktails inside the venue as well as outside on the patio.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception will take place inside the main ballroom after cocktail hour. First bus will leave Deerfield at 9:15pm to head back to the Marriot. Second bus will leave at 9:30pm. Then these buses will leave again from Deerfield at 10:00pm.
