We met Ruja through college Mock Trial. We are Virgo besties for life with Cass, Ruja, and Kayla's birthdays all falling within 10 days of each other. We spent many nights getting ladies' night margaritas at the Rio in Boulder then going back to Ruja's apartment where she'd cook us the best meal. Ruja is genuinely one of the best people I've ever met. There is no one more kind, funny, or smart than her. We can't even scratch the surface with all of the great memories we've shared. Ruja will be joining us from Virginia where she is currently in medical school. We love you Ruja!
Steph DeWitt
Maid of Honor | Kayla
Steph is Kayla's cousin who always felt more like a sister. Steph was born just three months after Kayla, so they've always shared a close bond. Steph and Kayla grew up together and always maintained their friendship along the way. When they were little, Kayla and Steph dreamed of their weddings and made a promise to be each other's Maids of Honor. Now, all these years later, Steph is graciously fulfilling her promise. We love you Steph!
Will Barrios
Bridesmaid | Cass
Cass first met Will at Century Theaters where they both worked slinging popcorn. We bonded over our love of movies. Will was studying film and would often have movie nights at his place where we played Super Smash Bros and watched some of the best AND worst movies I've ever seen. We always have fun together whether its crafting a Disco Skull from Scooby Doo Spooky Island, driving 45 minutes to a trampoline park as adults, or singing Fireflies in the car. Will is coming in from LA (peep that dashing pic). We love you Will!
Nate Bowman

Nate is Kayla's younger brother, who she's known for his entire life. Other than being really good at reaching things on high shelves, Nate is a skilled gamer and a witty jokester. Underneath his scary metalhead exterior is an empathetic, loyal, and laid-back dude. Growing up, we bonded over laughing at internet memes and playing games together, which is something we still do every time we hang out. I am so lucky to have him as my little (but not really very little) brother. We love you N8!
Jason Freng

Cass met Jason at (or shortly after) her birth. Jason is more than just a sibling. Being three years apart gave us the perfect opportunity to become friends. Jason is someone you can go to with any question - yes any question (he's training for Jeopardy). I can always count on J to watch movies with me, play games with me, or say "Fuck" right in front of our grandma. There is no better big brother than mine. We love you Jason!
O'Ryan Gloer

Kayla met O'Ryan through college Mock Trial. We became fast besties (and drinking buddies). O'Ryan MIGHT love to dance at the club as much as I do. We spent many a tournament competing together after late nights laughing and finishing off bottles of tequila. I've always admired O'Ryan as a lawyer and a friend, and he's always been there for me whenever I call, even when I locked myself out of my car and needed someone to help me break in. I would trust this man with my life. We love you papi!
Sadie Halnier

Cass first met Sadie when she started dating Jason (spoiler alert they're married now). Sadie quickly became more than just "my brother's girlfriend". Sadie has the best sense of humor, the most infectious laugh, and one of the coolest styles I've ever seen. Sadie is also incredibly beautiful inside and out and wicked smart. Sadie welcomed me into her bridal party and I am excited to do the same. AND she gave us the cutest dog-niece, Junie. We love you Sadie!
Dante Schipman

Kayla met Dante through college Mock Trial. Whether it's starting a round of shots or initiating a lifelong tequila vs. vodka battle, Dante never fails to get the party going. Dante is now a successful coffee shop owner in Fort Collins, CO. He works hard and plays harder. We love you Dante!
Leticia Losey

Cass first met Leticia when Cass started at Century Theaters. I have never made a quicker friend than Leticia. Leticia was my first college friend and introduced me to some of the best movies, songs, and people. Leticia is the goofiest person I've ever met and has the silliest laugh that you can't help but laugh with. Some of my best college memories are with Leticia by my side (possibly singing Gold Digger). We love you Leticia!
Gaby Stenholm

Kayla met Gaby through college Mock Trial. Gaby is currently in law school at CU Boulder. When I think back on all the good memories I have from college, Gaby was there for nearly all of them (including for several bar bathroom selfies). She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people I have ever met, and I am so grateful to have her as a friend. We love you Gaby!
Crossland Beer

We first met Crossland through Mock Trial. Crossland is one of the funniest people I've met but also incredibly smart and tech savvy. Crossland is also nerdy as hell, let me join his DND campaign, and put me on to so many good video games. Crossland also showed me my very first "real" board game where my hobby (addiction) stemmed from. We spent many nights watching movies, playing games, and jokin up a storm. Crossland is also has agreed to officiate our wedding and is our favorite ordained homie! We love you Crossland!
Sophia Gustafson

Kayla met Sophia through college Mock Trial. The best word I could use to describe Sophia is "spunky." She has a fiery personality that commands your attention. She was a fierce trial partner and will make an excellent lawyer. Sophia went to Iowa Law and will be joining us from Iowa. We miss her, but despite the distance she has always been a good friend. We love you Sophia!
