Roxy Ann Peak
This is where we had our first dinner in Oregon when Jasmine first came to visit Tim in Oregon. We had a kaleidoscope pizza and watched the sunset over the Rogue Valley. The address is the parking lot where we will be holding our 5 K! There are a bunch of trails around and up to the top!
Upper Table Rock Trailhead
A quick steep 3.2 mile and 720 ft elevation trail up to the top. The view shows off the expanse of the Rogue Valley and is one our our favorites.
Historic Jacksonville, Inc.
This is the town where Tim grew up. There are beautiful trails you can walk to from town. Zigler Trail and Britt Ridge Trail are two trails that are easily accessible from town. We frequent Good Bean Coffee Roasters and are fans of their Good Bean Dream and Bagels!
Lithia Park
Next to downtown Ashland, we frequent the park and trails to enjoy the goodies we get from MIX Bakeshop or to go for a good run. There are a lot of wonderful shops in downtown Ashland to check out but right next to Lithia Park is our favorite block. The Japanese Tea garden has been rebuilt and is one of our favorite stops.
Dos Mariposas Vineyards & Lavender
We have many wineries in Southern Oregon, but this one is our favorite! We love their Chenin Blanc and visiting their lavender garden.
Skout Taphouse & Provisions
Yummy tacos and burgers! Lots of options on tap and a fun camp-themed atmosphere.
Clyde's Corner
Looking for good Pizza? Here's one of our favorites! Their menu rotates seasonally. Tim likes the Prosciutto pizza and Jasmine likes their Pear pizza in the summer, and also their Sausage and their Veggie. Try their Hibiscus lemonade and the warmed olives :) sooooo good!
Charm Thai Kitchen
Best Thai food around Medford, we have enjoyed their chicken Pad Thai! Can't skip out on their Thai tea its delicious!

Looking for a fancy fun Italian place? We came across this place randomly but have loved it!
Artisan Bakery Cafe
Family-owned and full of sunshine. Tim loves their Turkey pesto croissant and Jasmine likes their Bacon and cheese croissant. they also have an amazing chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and delicious pastries, bagels, and bread.
CABA Empanadas
We love their empanadas! Malbec beef, chicken, spinach, and the bacon date and goat cheese are our favorites! They also make delicious sandwiches. We catch them at the farmers markets on Thursdays in Medford. Its a favorite food place of ours.
Tartine Brunch Club
Very cute brunch spot with good food, coffee, and drinks! super photo-friendly and a true brunch spot!
Common Block Brewing Company
Good burgers! they have an assortment of meal options and lots of tap options. Good outdoor seating and corn hole. Overall a good time and good food.
Forage Coffee Company
Really good coffee shop created in an old gas station, very nice lighting with its glass roll-up door. Jasmine frequents this place to study, paint, or read. They make a wonderful Latte or a Vanilla matcha latte (hot preferred) :) just be aware their parking lot is a bit weird and cramped on the corner, I prefer to park on the street if possible.
Centennial Golf Club
For the golf enthusiasts! Here are 18 holes of spectacular golf designed by two-time PGA Tour winner and 1977 US Amateur Champion, John Fought. Stretching over 7300 yards from the back tees, this fun-filled layout is also home to an inviting clubhouse (complete with golf shop and restaurant) and a functional practice facility.
Crater Lake National Park
An hour and a half away from Medford you can reach the beautiful Crater Lake National Park. It is a great day trip, the road to Crater Lake has many beautiful sights. Stop by Mill Creek Falls to catch two waterfalls. There are the Rogue Gorge and Union Creek Natural bridges along the way as well, which are a must-see. After exploring Crater Lake there are also other waterfalls slightly past the North side of the lake. Some of the best are Toketee Falls, Whitehorse Falls, Watson Falls, and Clearwater Falls. Tim and I have a love for waterfalls and would highly recommend a visit if you have the time. Let us know if you're planning on making the trip!
Smith Creek Village at Silver Falls State Park
Four hours north of here, BUT it is one of our favorite locations to see 10 amazing waterfalls on one large loop. There is are also camping, yurt or cabin accommodations if you wanted to stay and make it an extended vacation view. Truly one of our favorites, they say april and may are the best months to visit.
