Matron of Honor
Jen and I started teaching at Bennington the same year. During our trip to Kansas City for training on a new educational system we quickly formed a friendship. Throughout out that school year our friendship grew each day. We were comrades when it came to the education of our students trying to make sure that they got the best education and that we were on the same page. Jen and I have stayed friends since and even though we don't see each other often when we do get together it's like no time has passed. I am beyond blessed that God brought her into my life. If you had asked me before I met Jen who my Matron of Honor would be, I would have said I have no idea.

Anna and I became friends when she became the Ag teacher at Bennington. We instantly formed a friendship and started a bigger friend group to where we would go out outside of the classroom. She is my no nonsense friend that always tells me straight up what she is thinking. I can always depend on her to not sugar coat anything and tell me how it is, even if I don't like it lol. I am very blessed that I have Anna as a friend. God knew that I needed her in my life to help me grow as an adult.

Gin and I met at Theater Salina. We got cast as the sisters of the show Lost in Yonkers, but we soon built a friendship and soon a sistership. She is my theater sister and I love how much she loves doing shows. Again, another blessing from God that she came into my life. We have John Hendrick to thank for that since he was the director for the show. I love getting together with her because we always find something to laugh about, even the small things which is what I love about her.

Kaitlyn was my student my first year at Bennington. She was a senior taking College Algebra. If her mom and dad hadn't reached out to me at church she would have been stuck in class, because she was shy to ask for help, because evidently I was scary lol. Her class and I would joke and that is how our friendship grew. After she got out of my math class I started growing closer with her and her family. She is the younger sister that I always wanted. Even though we have only been friends for just a few years, I am so blessed that God brought her into my life.
