Our relationship began in East Lansing in 2015, home of our beloved Michigan State Spartans. Go Green! Through mutual friends we found each other on the dance floor of Harper’s. Casey’s smile and Michael’s dance moves sparked a romance that would lead to multiple cross country moves, countless football games and ski trips together and a very special home for 1 mischievous pup named Porter.

While hiking at Point Lobos in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Casey was taking in the California lilacs and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean when Michael dropped to one knee catching Casey completely by surprise. We celebrated after at Nepenthe in Big Sur, far away from cell phone coverage to take time for just the two of us and some seafood before calling our parents and loved ones for some top-notch reactions. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Lake Tahoe!
