Where will the reception and ceremony be taking place?

Answer

Everything will be happening at the Biltmore Coral Gables. The ceremony and reception will be held inside the Alhambra Ballroom. The cocktail hour will be held on the terrace right outside of the ballroom. The Biltmores address is: 1200 Anastasia Ave Coral Gables, FL 33134

What time should I arrive at the Biltmore?

Answer

The doors to the ballroom will be opening at 3:30. It is Thanksgiving weekend and there will be a wedding in the other ball room, so please give yourself enough time to get situated.

Where do I park and do I have to pay?

Answer

You can park in the self parking or you can valet your car for $15 - $18 ??? This price maybe wrong, but we will double check.

What’s the dress code/what should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire, no jeans or T-shirts please!

Are babies/children invited?

Answer

Yes, just make sure they are included in the RSVP.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! There will be hors d’oeuvres and a plated dinner of your choice of either chicken or pork.

What will my child be eating?

Answer

All babies 0-2 years will not be provided with food, so please plan accordingly. All children 3-10 will be given chicken tenders. If your child can not eat this please let Maikol or Caroline know in the comments section of the RSVP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Just let Maikol or Caroline know In the comments of the RSVP.

Can I bring a Plus 1?

Answer

There are 3 different ways to check this. If your invitation says “and Guest” then yes. You can also look at how many seats we have reserved for you on the back of the invitation. Last place to check is when you actually go to RSVP all names in your party will pop up. If you think some one is missing from your party please contact Caroline, she apologizes in advanced as she finished the invitations at 2am.

You can RSVP through the “RSVP” tap at the top of the website. If you need help please reach out to Maikol and Caroline. RSVP Deadline: October 15, 2019

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are doing our registry on line through our website. Just click on the “Registry” tab at the top.

Will I be allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you stay unplugged during the ceremony. Rosie, our amazing photographer, will be taking hundreds of pictures and we will be more than happy to share them with you.
