Here are some of our favorite places (mostly restaurants) and things to do in Jersey City. We hope you love it as much as we do!

This was our absolute favorite place to walk to. Right on the water looking at the beautiful city skyline. We loved our walk to see "the woman". Walk from here to Exchange place (which is where we got engaged :))

Water's Soul by Jaume Plensa

They have THE BEST Italian sandwiches. Highly recommend coming here for lunch! Carly's favorite is the #17 with arugula. Pat's is the #5 with red vinegar.

Cangiano's Marketplace

When we can't decide where to go for dinner, it usually ends up being a sushi restaurant. This is one of our favorites in the area. Great for a casual meal. Domodomo is amazing too!

Honshu

Rent a city bike and tour around Liberty State Park! The views are incredible

THE BEST pasta/italian dinner you'll ever have. This is our all-time favorite restaurant.

Battello

Orale always brings the fun vibes. Delicious tacos + margaritas.

This outdoor seasonal eatery is worth going to if you have the time. The cuisine options are endless and so delicious!

Smorgasbar

Razza is a JC favorite for incredible pizza. Would also highly recommend Rustique! We loved going there just us 2 for a cute date night.

Great spot for brunch or dinner! This was the first place Carly and Pat went to when apartment hunting in Jersey City. The bloody mary's are delicious.

Light Horse Tavern

For those who don't know, Pat (and Carly too) has a sweet tooth. There was one stretch of time when they lived in Jersey City when Pat craved ice cream every night. The homemade ice cream here is AMAZING.

They have the most INSANE burgers here. Give it a try!
