Pat and Carly both grew up in NJ, their homes only 20 minutes away from one another. Pat grew up with Carly's cousin, Nikki. It wasn't until January 2016 that they met at Penthouse, a club in Copenhagen, Denmark. At the end of the 4 months studying abroad, Pat took Carly out on a date to Tivoli, one of the world's oldest and most beautiful amusement parks. They split ways for their senior years in college - Pat at Indiana and Carly at Wesleyan. In the Spring of 2017, they began talking again - both realizing they missed what they had in Copenhagen. With plans to both move to NYC, they picked up like no time had passed. The rest is history :)

Pat made "plans" for the two of them to grab dinner with his brother and sister-in-law. They showed up "early" to the restaurant (SHOCKER, Carly should have known something was up at this point). Pat guided the two toward the waterfront and popped the question. Emotional and patting her heart, Carly said yes with no hesitation. The night went on with the two of them meeting their immediate family for dinner (another surprise for Carly), and then back to their apartment rooftop where they partied the night away with close friends and extended family. It was the best night ever. We're so excited to celebrate and share this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Jersey City!
