RSVP for International Guests | Confirmación de Asistencia para Invitados Internacionales

Answer

If you are an international guest, please let us know if you are unable to travel as soon as possible. If you do not live in El Salvador, it is important to note that your RSVP is not final until we receive confirmation of your flight and hotel bookings. Please send this information by April 1st, 2024 to bodavivaldirivas@gmail.com. We completely understand If you are unable to make it, and we will definitely miss celebrating with you. Please know that we plan on live streaming the ceremony for those who can’t come and will provide a virtual link. We have to confirm total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope to see you in-person! __________ Si usted es un invitado internacional, infórmenos si no va a poder viajar lo antes posible. Si no vive en El Salvador, es importante tener en cuenta que su confirmación de asistencia no es definitiva hasta que recibamos las reservas de su vuelo y hotel. Can I bring a date? | ¿Puedo traer un acompañante?

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. Thank you for understanding! _______ Si recibió un acompañante, el nombre de su acompañante aparecerá debajo de su nombre cuando confirme su asistencia. Can I bring my kids? | ¿Puedo traer a mis hijo/as?

While we would love to see your kiddos, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the little ones that have a special role in our big day. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! _________ Si bien nos encantaría ver a sus hijos, hemos decidido mantener nuestra boda y recepción como un evento solo para adultos con la excepción de los pequeños que tienen un papel especial en nuestro gran día. ¡Te animamos a que utilices esta noche como una cita!

Is there a dress code? | ¿Existe un código de vestimenta?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Our dress code is Formal Beach Style: Ladies may wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Men are welcome to wear suits but ties are optional. Soft colors for your attire are highly encouraged! Please refrain from wearing white or shades of white. __________ Nos encantaría ver a nuestros familiares y amigos vestirse elegantes para nuestro gran día. Nuestro código de vestimenta es estilo formal de playa. Las damas pueden usar vestidos largos o vestidos de cóctel formales. When should I arrive to the ceremony? | ¿Cuándo debo llegar a la ceremonia?

The ceremony will start at 4:00PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. We have waited for this moment for so long, so we would really appreciate no interruptions at all after the ceremony begins. _________ La ceremonia comenzará a las 16:00 horas. Yes! Acantilados has ample free parking for our guests. However, the hotel is not responsible for damage or loss to the vehicles. ___________ ¡Sí! Will you offer transportation to the venue the day of the wedding? | ¿Ofrecerán transporte al lugar del evento el día de la boda?

We will be providing transportation the day of the wedding only to the guests that are staying in the Hyatt Centric Hotel in San Salvador (the capital). If you wish to stay closer to the venue the day of the wedding, we have listed various beach hotel options for you under the "Travel" section. ________________ Estaremos brindando transporte el día de la boda únicamente a los invitados que se alojen en el Hotel Hyatt Centric en San Salvador (la capital). Of course! we would love to see our wedding through your camera lenses. We just ask that you give our photographers enough space to do their awesome job. ____________________________ ¡Por supuesto! What is the weather like in El Salvador? | ¿Cómo es el clima en El Salvador?

Answer

"Wet season" in El Salvador starts in May and ends in October. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 63°F to 87°F, so it feels like summer all the time! We do recommend you bring a rain jacket, some closed toe shoes, and an umbrella in case it rains. Otherwise, don't forget to pack your swimsuit, light summer clothes, and sandals! _________________________ La "temporada de lluvias" en El Salvador comienza en Mayo y termina en Octubre. A lo largo del año, la temperatura suele variar entre 63 °F y 87 °F, ¡por lo que parece verano todo el tiempo! Te recomendamos traer una chamarra para lluvia, unos zapatos cerrados y un paraguas por si llueve. De lo contrario, ¡no olvides empacar tu traje de baño, ropa ligera de verano y sandalias!
