Louisa Matthew- Cooper & Carl Francis Cooper S.R., are the parents of the lovely bride. They met in 1991, Louisa was living in an apartment and planning to move back home with her parents (Carlla’s Grandparents). Louisa’s Father asked that Carl assist Louisa in moving from her apartment. Carl rented a truck to help Louisa move, and the rest is history. Carl and Louisa got married in 1994, they had two beautiful children, Carl Jr. and Carlla. Carl Francis Cooper S.R., will be with us for the celebrations to come in spirit as his sunset was met in 2013. Louisa Matthew-Cooper, is elated to gain another soon and cannot wait for the couple to join in union.
