Despite hating the term "matron", this girl has certainly earned the matron of honor title. Kayla has been close with her for several years, ever since they went on vacation together for the first time in Pine Knoll Shores. They've been besties, roommates, and now each other's bridesmaids! They've been through tears and breakups, but also the happiest times of their lives together and Kayla has enjoyed her sense of humor above all else throughout the years. Abby lives in Durham with her partner, and Kayla's other best friend, Jackson Brink, who introduced the two.

Ian and Andrew have been good friends since high school, where they met in Lifetime Sports class. They were friends throughout their early adult years, but briefly lost touch when Ian went into the Navy. But four years later, Ian came back and it was like nothing changed. They took up a new hobby together, golf, and play Call of Duty still, just like in the early days of their friendship. They've grown closer than ever these last few years!

She and Kayla became best friends when they were in 7th and 9th grade at the Roll About Skating Rink in Burlington at a birthday party for a mutual friend. The rest was history! Rayne now lives in Atlanta and is working towards her PHD at Mercer University.

Alan is Andrew's father and truly one of his best friends. Alan has passed on his love for music, sports, and James Bond to Andrew, undoubtedly. He is truly the Sean Connery to Andrew's Daniel Craig.

She is Kayla's baby cousin who Kayla has been close with ever since they first met when Kayla was 4 and Cassidy was only a few months old. They've been like sisters ever since, visiting each other as often as possible over the years, as Cassidy lives in Columbia, South Carolina. She is the mother of Weston Williams, Ring Bearer, and Kayla's favorite little dude.

Matt and Andrew were raised together in the same household and lived together for many years. They have always kept close even in their adult life. They both enjoy visiting breweries together, watching the hurricanes, and going to concerts. Matt also has the most adorable daughter. Andrew has loved seeing Matt as a father these days. The older they get, the closer they get.

She and Kayla became close at their jobs at Zenfolio Inc., where they bonded over their love of photography and hate for customer service. She has been an amazing friend to Kayla despite being so far in Oregon for the past few years.
Corey Kozar

Although there is an age gap between these two brothers, and Corey was moved out of the house through most of Andrew's upbringing, they have always remained close and have always enjoyed making each other laugh. Corey used to work at Camp Upward Bound, which was a YMCA camp, and Andrew made many of his best childhood memories there under Corey's watch. Corey passed along his interest of Harry Potter, popcorn and many other things to Andrew. Although all of the brothers would pick on each other, they always loved each other.

Her friendship with Kayla started in 2nd grade in Miss Odoms class. Things quickly evolved into sleepovers every weekend and eventually Kayla's Mother Angie watching Hannah and her sister Sarah each day after school. This resulted in lots of play time outside and a bond that has never been broken, despite Hannah moving to Alabama in between 4th and 5th grade.
Clayton Plocki

Clayton and Andrew went to middle school together but didn't become friends until after high school. They became friends from going to Hookah Haze and have been nearly inseparable ever since. They enjoy playing 2K, and Clayton got Andrew into fantasy football as well. They've remained friends despite Andrew wrecking his entire league. They were roommates for close to 3 years and managed not to kill each other. Truly a feat!
Laura Brink

While her and Kayla's friendship hasn't been quite as long as some others listed here, Kayla has no doubt that Laura is a life long friend. She is Abby's sister-in-law and has quickly become one of Kayla's best friends in the last year. She hosts Opinionation Trivia at Kayla's favorite bar and puts up with her heckling to no end. We're rooting for you as you start dental school at Carolina this year!
Dillon Brawner

Andrew met Dillon through Clayton and after they all hung out multiple times, he also ended up becoming a close friend and roommate! They spent a lot of time watching old Disney movies and playing games like Borderlands. Along with Clayton, the three of them worked at Norse and always enjoyed working side by side. Even though, they have separate schedules and new jobs, Dillon is a forever friend!
