We're getting married!

All it took was a right swipe on Tinder in January 2020 and these two were hooked. Kayla had been at it a while, but Andrew had just recently signed up at the persuasion of his cousins and sister in law. Their first conversation involved Slipknot, Moana, and all their favorite things in life, but it quickly turned to Andrew asking Kayla out on a date. They went to Koi Sushi for their first meeting. Andrew drank a lot of water out of nervousness and Kayla talked way too much per usual, but they quickly agreed on a second date, which happened to be on Andrew's birthday. Kayla surprised him with Rick Ross' autobiography when they met up at Bartaco for dinner. Then they went to see Frozen 2 afterwards where they shared a first kiss. When Andrew walked Kayla back to her car he spun her around and they danced in the streets a bit, like something out of a movie. The rest was history. They remained unmoved in the wake of covid, even though it meant postponing trips and concerts, they supported each other through job changes and the loss of loved ones, and then they moved in together to Andrew's townhome in July 2021. On April 12th 2022, Andrew asked Kayla if she'd marry him, and she couldn't say yes fast enough. Now these two cannot wait to say "I do" in April 2023 with all their friends and family supporting them.
