Bellingham is an hour-and-a-half drive from SeaTac airport. Driving is the easiest way to get there, a straight shot up the I5 highway. There will be plenty of parking at the venue, if you choose to drive.

Amtrak

Bellingham is accessible via train on the Amtrak Cascades line. It's a 2-hour ride from downtown Seattle (King Street Station) or a 3-hour ride from SeaTac airport (Tukwila Station; about a 10-minute drive from the airport). The Bellingham Amtrak station is a 5-minute drive from the wedding venue & 10-minutes from downtown Bellingham.
