Rothenberg is a charming walled city 45 minutes east of Ansbach. Not only is it super accessible, photogenic, and easy to explore, we'd love for you to join us Friday afternoon for a casual walking tour of the city highlights. We'll hit the famous Kathe Wohlfahrt’s Christmas store, walk the enchanting ramparts, stroll the castle gardens, and just soak up the ambiance. At 6 pm, meet us at Hotel Rappen for a no-host dinner in their outdoor biergarten, just outside the city walls.

Stroll through quaint maze of cobblestoned streets in the city’s large pedestrian zone, visit the Hauptmarkt (fresh food market in the main square), and try a currywurst!
