From coining the slightly embarrassing nickname 'Precious Pet' for the baby of the family, to helping plan her wedding, Callie's sister Meg has always been a constant, supportive presence in her life. She lives in Orlando with her husband, Taylor, and her two adorable boys, Parker & Connor. Callie wouldn't want to say "I Do" without her older sister right by her side.
Chris Mynderse
Best Man
Chris is Sam's older brother and has been there since day 1. Although it is rumored young Chris was not excited when a baby brother joined the family in 1990, he's warmed up to the idea over the years. The Mynderse men enjoy traveling together and most recently went to Japan to take in the culture, the sights, and most importantly the food! Chris lives in Minneapolis with his Fiance, Jordan, and their two dogs, Zora & Lenny.
Amy Carlson

Amy & Callie met their sophomore year of college when they both moved into the same sorority house. They became fast friends and Amy was always the perfect companion for studying, dining, partying, and lounging. If you want some great entertainment and some jealousy about flexible joints, just ask Amy to show you her broom trick! Amy currently lives in Chicago working as a Physical Therapist specializing in spinal cord injuries, but that doesn't stop the gals from seeing each other annually.
Mitchell Gage

Mitchell and Sam met their freshman year at Iowa in the dorms. They often joked that they had a common law marriage after living together for 5 years in school. Sadly the faux marriage came to an end when Mitchell actually got married to his amazing wife, Rachel.
Julia Tillo

Julia and Callie also became friends their sophomore year living in the sorority house when they both realized they loved telling hilarious stories with way too many details and laughing till the wee hours of the morning. Oh how easy life was before the 8-5 jobs came into play. Julia lives in Sioux City, IA with her husband Nick and her two gorgeous kids, Tommy and Vivienne.
Nick Chuchna

Sam, Nick & Mitch were all roommates their senior year at Iowa. Although Nick's claim that he was the best cleaner in the house is still hotly contested, the group has remained close friends well after their lease ended. Nick & Sam not only lived together in college, they also worked together at Bread Garden in Iowa City manning the meat counter. They still keep in touch practically daily and both continue to work in the meat industry.
Cori DePue

Cori and Callie bonded sophomore year of college when their closet sized rooms were across the hall. Throughout college they lived together many times and spent countless hours together studying and lounging. Cori was actually friends with Sam first and the reason they all started hanging out in a group. Whenever Callie sees a grapefruit she thinks of Cori because she would always come home with a ridiculous quantity of the fruit and, much to Callie's chagrin, commandeered the largest bowl in the apartment to contain her haul. Cori lives in Denver and works as a counselor in the Denver school system.
Taylor Chuchna

Taylor met Sam through his older brother Nick while in College. Although he's in the minority going to Northwestern over Iowa, we give him a pass because Taylor is so much fun to hang out with. A big congrats goes out to Taylor as he got engaged this year to his wonderful fiance Ellen. We can't wait to have both of them out there tearing up the dance floor at the wedding!
Maggie Mynderse

Maggie is the younger sister of Sam and met Callie about a year after the two started dating. Maggie cemented her place in the wedding party when she decided to attend Callie & Sam's alma mater, the University of Iowa. Go Hawks! It has been wonderful seeing Maggie wander through the same streets and enjoy some of the same hot spots that were Callie & Sam's favorites. Callie already feels like she gained another sister with Maggie and both she and Sam are excited to have Maggie be standing with them come November.
Evan Ragan
Groomsman
Evan and Sam met while both working at the Local Pig as Butchers. The pair became close over the year they worked together and often compare notes on best breakdown techniques. Evan moved away to Madison, WI for a few years but recently returned to Kansas City and the two remain close friends. The two can be seen around town talking shop, drinking Boulevards and making predictions on the Chiefs upcoming season.
Lauren Streepy Hansen

Lauren and Callie met when they were both bridesmaids in Julia's wedding back in 2015. They bonded at the bachelorette party in Vegas when they both craved some late night pizza. When Lauren moved to Kansas City from San Francisco, Callie reached out to meet up and the two have been friends ever since. The pair enjoy wine nights and watching way too many episodes of The Real Housewives franchise.
Tom Dolohanty
Groomsman
Tom is Callie's older brother and the resident family comedian. Tom has always said he wished he had a brother and thankfully Meg and Callie have come through to provide him with two. The newly minted brothers love to come together on family vacations, cracking jokes and occasionally imbibing in libations. Tom and Sam stay in touch by phone and enjoy commiserating about the hours lost on the video games they both enjoy. Callie is excited to have her big brother be a part of her wedding day!
