4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Vibe: casual elegance, island style Event Attire: light, breezy fabrics like linen or cotton are perfect for our sunset welcome party. Think easy, flowy dresses for the ladies and button-down shirts with chinos or shorts for the gentlemen. Color Palette: Various shades of ivory/chamagne/off-white.

We’re so excited to kick off our wedding celebration with a special welcome dinner at The Caves in Negril! We’ll be leaving the villa by 4:30 PM to make the 1.5-hour trip, and we hope you can join us. However, we understand that travel schedules may make it difficult for everyone to attend this first event. If your flights or plans don’t allow enough time, please know that it’s perfectly okay to miss the welcome event. We’ll have plenty of time to celebrate together throughout the week! Please RSVP if you will be able to join us for this opening event. This event is $175 per person for a 5 course meal and drinks.

Help Us Choose the Adventure! We’ve planned two incredible options for our excursion day, and we need YOU to help decide which one we’ll do! Whether you’re craving adrenaline-pumping thrills or a laid-back day on the water, there’s something for everyone. Here are the choices: 1. Zip-Lining, ATV, Horseback Riding, and catamaran at ocean outpost: Dive into adventure at a park packed with exciting activities! From zip-lining and ATV rides to horseback riding and exploration, this option is perfect for thrill-seekers and fans of Survivor-style fun ($133/person). 2. Catamaran Cruise to Rick’s Café: Set sail along the breathtaking Montego Bay coastline on a catamaran adventure. Stop at Margaritaville for lunch, ride down the waterslide into the ocean, and play on the inflatable trampoline park. Then, cruise to Negril’s iconic Rick’s Café to enjoy stunning sunset views, daring cliff jumping (if you’re brave enough!), and a lively dinner ($228/person). How to Vote: We’re letting YOU decide! Cast your vote for your favorite excursion on the RSVP page. • Deadline to RSVP and Vote: October 1st • Once the votes are in, we’ll plan the day based on the most popular choice.

Sh-itz Getting Real!

9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Vibe: Very casual and go at your own pace. Feel free to participate in any of the activities or enjoy some solo relaxation.

The day before the big event is all about relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Silent Waters Villa. Whether you want to participate in some activities with the group or venture out on your own, this day is designed for you to go at your own pace and unwind. Optional Activities at the Villa: • Helicopter Tour & Photo Shoot: Join us for a scenic helicopter tour, and we’ll also be taking some pre-wedding photos! • Spa Services: Treat yourself to some pampering with massages, facials, and more. • Lawn Games: Enjoy some fun and friendly competition with lawn games. Other Options: • You’re welcome to explore on your own! Take a swim in the pool, stroll through the gardens, or head to the beach. Feel free to visit town or do some sightseeing if you want to take in a bit of Jamaica on your own (check out the “Things To Do” section of our website).

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Vibe: Romantic, intimate, and timeless. A serene, magical setting for us to exchange our vows. Theme: Paint With all the Colors of the Wind Apparel: Formal/Black-Tie: Color encouraged. Guests are encouraged to dress their best—elegant gowns or chic cocktail dresses for the ladies, and tuxedos or suits for the gentlemen. The couple encourages you to “Go all out!”

We can’t wait to share this special moment with you. Join us as we exchange vows in an intimate garden setting with a breathtaking backdrop. This is the heart of our celebration, and we’re excited to have our closest friends and family with us for this unforgettable moment.
