Things To Do

The Galena/Dubuque area is part of the Driftless Region of the United States, meaning that the glaciers did not flatten it like they did most of the Midwest, making for a gorgeous landscape and a lot of outdoor recreation. Dubuque is the oldest city in Iowa and has a lot of hidden gems. Here are some of our favorites!

Dubuque Farmers' Market

50 West 13th Street, Dubuque, IA 52001

The Dubuque Farmers' Market takes place every Saturday morning from 7AM - 12PM at 50 W 13th St, Dubuque, IA 52001 (and surrounding blocks). It is absolutely delightful. There is plentiful food and coffee. We highly recommend you check it out!
