A great place for a morning walk or run (before the crowds!). Cliff walk starts at the western end of Easton's or First Beach at Memorial Blvd. and runs south with major exits at Narragansett Ave., Webster St., Sheppard Ave., Ruggles Ave., Marine Ave., Ledge Rd., and ends at Bellevue Ave. at the east end of Bailey's Beach locally referred to as Reject's Beach (one of our favorites!). It has great views of the ocean and historic Newport mansions.
Our favorite Mexican food! Delicious margs and tacos and also open for brunch on Sunday.
Beautiful local sandy beach right near our venue! The water is always calm here so its a great kids beach. It is walking distance from the village and $15 to park.
Huge, sandy beach that gets decent surf. Caitlin's favorite growing up!
This beach is great for those staying in downtown Newport. It is nestled among the mansions and right at the end of the Cliff Walk. There is no parking or services but it is a walk/bike/uber from downtown. The entrance is at the intersection of Coggeshall and Ocean Ave.
The most beautiful spot for an afternoon cocktail! Adirondack chairs are first come first serve but fill up quickly. It has a great view of all the boat traffic coming into the bay.
Caitlin's favorite lunch spot. Go for a large iced coffee and the #2.
This is one of our favorite Newport spots! They have an extensive beer list and delicious food.
The ferry is a fun way to dodge traffic and take the scenic route between Jamestown and Newport. It stops in Jamestown Village, the Rose Island Lighthouse, Fort Adams, Ann Street Pier and Perrotti Park.
