Our wedding events are kid-free. We hope this will allow Mom and Dad to be stress-free while they celebrate with us. To be fair to all, there will be no exceptions. We are amped to rendezvous with the little ones soon, though!
Look below the events for explanations of the different types of attire. Welcome Event (Thursday) Dressy Casual Attire Ceremony & Reception (Friday) Cocktail Attire After Party (Friday) Come as you are! Hair of the Dog (Saturday) Your choice! Cocktail Attire: A small step above semi-formal, though not as formal as black-tie optional or black-tie. It's a balance between elegant and comfortable. Have fun and play with your look, including bolder colors and playful accessories. Instead of a floor-length dress, women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi dress. Dresses in fun colors are acceptable and can be paired with playful accessories and heels or dressy flats. It is preferred that men wear a suit and tie but should feel free to "jazz" it up with a bright tie or creative pocket square. Dressy Casual: Women can try a below-the-knee dress or a dressy skirt and top. An elegant pantsuit is also appropriate. Floor-length gowns, however, would be inappropriate. Pair with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats. Men should wear a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie or a blazer.
Yes! Shuttles will run to and from both the Hampton Inn Warrenton and the Holiday Inn & Suites Warrenton. The shuttles will leave the hotels approximately 1 hour before the ceremony starts. There will be one shuttle from the reception to the hotels at roughly 9:00pm for those who need to leave early. All shuttles will leave the reception to go back to the hotels around 11:00pm. One shuttle will continue to operate until 1:30am to take guests between the hotels and the after-party at O'Brien's Irish Pub.
Our wedding invitation envelopes are addressed to whoever is invited. If your envelope says "& Guest", you have been given a "plus one". When you log into RSVP on our website, please enter the name on your envelope (sorry for any typos). When you log in, it will confirm your invitation and if you have a guest.
Sure! We ask that you make sure your cell phones are on silent, but if you'd like to snap a few pictures, that is fine by us!
The Cocktail Hour and Reception (Friday) are open bar. Heck, we will likely even provide drinks for the ceremony! The Welcome Event (Thursday) and After Party (Friday) are cash bars (they do take credit, though!).
Our reception will be a buffet style that serves a variety of foods. We hope this will give enough options to all, regardless of dietary restrictions.
Please RSVP on our wedding website! You should see an "RSVP" tab at the top of the website. If you are having an issue, please reference this Help article from Zola: https://bit.ly/zolarsvp
Yes! If you choose to leave your car overnight, though, you must pick it up by 11:00AM on Saturday!
