Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Caitlin Macfarlane and Colin Whitworth

The Sugar Mill

Very pricey but fun store close to Governor's Dock

The Blue Rooster

Cute shop with beach clothes and jewelry

Dake's

Pricey but very cute selection of clothes, hats, accessories and home goods

Dilly Dally

Cheaper, fun place for souvenirs

A&A Hidden Treasures

Off the beaten path for sure, but great and affordable place for handmade and custom straw bags and accessories

Princess Street Art Gallery

Fun place to poke around, look at local art, jewelry and some home goods

Shine

Beautiful jewelry shop close to Governor's Dock. Has some very affordable pieces and some worthy of splurging on. Bonus, the owner is basically the only one who works there and is also the one who makes all the jewelry!

Arthur's Bakery

AMAZING donuts, they usually run out pretty early so we try to get there right when they open

Sip Sip

Awesome lunch spot on the Pink Sand Beach with a to die for lobster quesadilla and conch chili

The Landing

The restaurant at the Landing Hotel has these amazing ricotta hot cakes with caramelized bananas. We make sure to get these at least once a trip.

The Rock House

The restaurant at the Rock House Hotel is a great dinner spot

Bahamas Coffee Roasters

Bahamas

Great spot to pick up coffee and a snack in the morning

The Dunmore Hotel

This is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. It's right on the Pink Sand Beach and their food is delicious

Queen Conch

Great place on the water by the docks with cheaper, fried food

Runaway Hill Inn

Great food on the Pink Sand Beach, a bit more out of the way than others

Swimming With The Swimming Pigs

We did this our first trip and it was so fun!

Visit The Lone Tree

Huge driftwood tree at the edge of the bay area

Sapphire Blue Hole

North Eleuthera, Bahamas

We haven't been here yet but it looks amazing! On Eleuthera (same island as The Other Side) but a bit of a drive (30 min).

Snorkle Right Off The Beach

Both The Other Side and The Ocean View Club sit on amazing beaches. If you walk a few feet into the water in some places you'll see coral reefs! As you go a bit deeper, they expand and you can see a ton of critters- fish, urchins, rays, crabs, lobster, little squids and sea turtles!

The Glass Window Bridge

Beautiful place where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea

Scuba Diving

We use Valentine's for all of our scuba things. They have a great discover scuba class that has you in the ocean looking at amazing things like the barrier reef and a ship wreck by the afternoon.

For all the days along the way
