These two had met at the ER before when Andrew would bring patients in, but Caitlin had yet to fall for any of Andrew's dad jokes. She just knew him as one of the goofy EMS guys who was one of the nicer ones that brought patients in. Then, one of Caitlin's coworkers (Laurie) tried to persuade her to talk to him. Eventually, Caitlin took notice of Andrew and then Andrew heard wind of this. The rest was history. The two started dating right before Covid. While most places were closed to the public during the beginning of their relationship, it made it hard to go to dates in public and to meet the family. Now the two of them live in Bel Air with their three dogs (Daisy Mae, Tiny, and Bailey). They both love the outdoors and frequently go on vacations when their jobs and school allow it.
