HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM (Please DO NOT book through the resort website! You will not be counted towards the guest list for the wedding if you do so!) Send an email to Melissa Treff at melissa@travelsbydanielle.com with the subject "McDowell/Hawskworth Wedding". All rooms for the wedding must be booked through Caeley and Austin's travel agent to be properly counted for the wedding festivities. Include the following information in your email: Dates of travel Room type requested (First and Second choice) Traveler #1: First and Last name as shown on passport, birth date, home address and phone number (this should be the traveler handling all the payments) Traveler #2 (or more): First and Last name as shown on passport and birth date ROOM/RATE INFORMATION Upon receipt of your reservation request, Melissa will send you a quote with current pricing and deposit requirements (deposits start at $50 per person). No rooms or rates are currently being held. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. FINAL PAYMENT FOR RESERVATION IS JULY 1, 2024 Please note, if you decide to stay off the resort you will be required to pay the day pass resort fee to the bride and groom prior to your arrival.

Shared round-trip transportation to and from the hotel in Cancun will be included in your room pricing. You have the option to pay for an upgrade to private transportation if you prefer.

Passports
All guests will need a valid passport to travel out of country. If you have a passport please ensure that it does not expire during the trip as you will not be able to re-enter the United States with an expired passport. We highly recommend renewing the passports before May 2024. Please consider getting your passport ASAP that way you do not have to pay extra to have it expedited.
