Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional. Dress to impress! Men can wear a tux or dark suit. Ladies can wear a formal gown or tea-length dress.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

No, the guest list is limited to those on your invitation. Sarah and Brett come from very large families and the venue has a very strict guest capacity. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What if I RSVP after the deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the wedding. The RSVP tab will be closed after the deadline. Due to the nature of our venue and our vendors, once the deadline is passed, we can not alter our guest list. Thank you for understanding and responding before the deadline.

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. Make sure you RSVP before the deadline.

Are children allowed?

Answer

This will be an adults only event. We appreciate your understanding!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Yes!!!! Pictures (and videos) are highly encouraged throughout the day EXCEPT during the ceremony. The ceremony has a strict no cell phone policy.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at 2:30 pm. If you are late, you will be kindly asked by our team to not enter the church. Save plenty of time for parking in Downtown Richmond!

What if I arrive to the ceremony after 3 pm?

Answer

Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to enter the church. St. Peter's has a very strict policy and will kindly ask you to wait outside until after the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ceremony- St. Peter has very limited onsite parking. Please be prepared to use street parking or nearby parking decks. Reception- Onsite parking begins at 4:30 p.m. and ends at 10:30 p.m. It is free for our guests and there will be a parking attendant at the lots. No parking in the white lined parking spots behind The Renaissance, you will be towed! *NOTE* The church is 0.6 miles away from The Renaissance. Please see the "Travel" tab to read more about parking at both the church and reception.

What time will my car be towed if i leave it in The Renaissance parking lot?

Answer

Your car will be towed at 10:30 pm, 30 minutes after the reception ends. Our venue has a very strict parking policy.

Can I walk from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Yes! The venues are .6 miles away from each other, a 14-minute walk.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once you receive your formal invitation, you can click the RSVP tab in the Menu and RSVP at any time.

Question

Is there a photobooth?

Answer

There will be an amazing photo booth with props and decor at our reception. This will also serve as a guest book. You will receive a copy of your photo to take home and so will Brett and Sarah.
