WE'RE GETTING MARRIED

On a Sunday afternoon in the Spring of 2022, Brett and Sarah found themselves at a NASCAR race. Neither of them are fans of NASCAR and it was their first time at a race. Brett, convinced by a friend late the night before, decided to join the race-day festivities. Unbeknownst to him, Sarah was in the bleachers above, and not exactly a NASCAR enthusiast either. Little did they both know that this loud, chaotic, and unlikely setting would become the backdrop for their love story. Amidst the revving engines and cheering crowds, Sarah spotted Brett in a "Let's Go Brandon" shirt and concocted a plan. She pretended to throw away her trash just so she could casually walk by him and maybe catch his attention. Attempting a friendly "Hi," Brett turned away, leaving Sarah feeling rejected. Sarah retreated to her spot above and shared the rejection with her friend, who decided to play the ultimate wingman and started waving to Brett. Feeling bold (thanks tequila) and deciding to give it one last lap, Sarah descended to where Brett stood and tried the classic "Hi" again. This time, the message caught on. Fast forward three days, Brett took her out on their first date, now fully comprehending Sarah's signals. And so, their love story began.
