This event is business casual- formal.
We would like to treat our guest to a dinner to celebrate the start of our wedding festivities. This will also be the "main" dinner where our guest (and us) can give speeches/ say a few words, etc.

Ceremony

Attire for our ceremony can range from lumberjack chic to formal- do what you're comfortable in- it's in the great outdoors!
It is imperative to be on time for the ceremony, and review the guidelines from our photographers in terms of following their personal code of conduct and the "leave no trace" guidelines of the public land. There is also the chance that our location can change day of due to natural elements. Regardless of where or when the ceremony takes place, please know, we will start at our designated time. If you are running late, get lost, etc, we still want you to join us, but understand we are not waiting for anyone beyond one another to get the day rolling.
Taco Bar Reception

We will have a taco bar for our guests following the ceremony. This will also be a time we do family and group photos. Following the lunch, guests are free for the remainder of the day while we enjoy the afternoon as a married couple with our photographers. Please check out the list of activities if you're looking for things to fill your time- it is a beautiful area! **There will not be seating, so please wear comfortable footwear/ attire. There will of course be the great outdoors and plenty of rock to sit on!
Celebratory Drinks

Where whatever brings you comfort and joy! Western themed??
We decided to just go with celebratory drinks at a local dive bar. This bar is the only place in Moab open after 10 p.m. and is more centrally located to where most of our guests are staying . . . and Thursday night karaoke to boot! We understand a 9p.m. start time is not ideal for everyone, and we do not expect attendance from our guests. Additionally, each guest is responsible for covering their own food/drink bills this evening.

Group Horseback Riding

This activity requires long pants and close-toed shoes. Helmets will be available to riders.
Maximum weight: 220 lbs. Please Bring the Following Items: -bottle of water (each rider must come prepared with one) -Hat & sunscreen, to protect you from the sun (suggested) **Return times vary as much as an hour depending on the number of riders, weather & timely start (please do not arrive after 11:45)
