Kelsey was the first person Andrea met at St. James. They met in summer PE class before Andrea's freshman year but did not become close friends until Kelsey chose Andrea as her lab partner in AP Chemistry two years later. Kelsey is a pediatrician at Children's Mercy who loves babies, unicorns, and glitter. Kelsey was not the first person Charles met at the University of Dallas, but she sure made an impression at 7:30 am in the breakfast line. "HI, CHUCKIE!!". It was way too early for this, literally every morning. Charles was confused until he found out she had been drinking an entire pot of espresso every morning. A friendship with Over-Caffeinated Kelsey was born.
Bernadette Shaughnessy

Bernadette is the groom's fun, joyful sister who is studying accounting at Benedictine College. In her free time, Bernadette enjoys cooking and cleaning. Ask her about it. Bernadette has also been friends with Andrea since Charles wanted to take his nineteen-year-old sister to the bar when she visited him during her fall break. He bought her a pizza and invited Andrea and Kelsey along.
Anjuli Bugajski

Anjuli is Andrea's cousin who became her friend as a child when their grandparents would take her from southern Indiana to Michigan to visit Andrea. Good memories include playing in the coat closet and racing to memorize the names of all the U.S. presidents in order. Anjuli won. She is a pharmacist near South Bend.
Anna Hayden

Anna is Andrea's sweet cousin who works in youth ministry. She and Andrea have shared many phone calls discussing writings of the saints and catching up on life.

The most shocked of Charles' brothers to hear of Charles' engagement, his baby brother has always been there for him (except for the time he constructed a hidden cabinet for his candy so Charles couldn't find it).
John Shaughnessy

Charles has known John since birth and was happy to have him around while in Lawrence. John is an engineer at Garmin and has so far failed to convince Charles to buy a Garmin watch. For everyone else, there is a 45% off friends and family discount.
Ambrose Shaughnessy

Ambrose, Charles' adorable baby brother who looks up to him in all ways, has been a part of Charles' life since 2001. He is currently studying engineering at Benedictine College. Ambrose is insane because he wants to be an electrical engineer. Luckily, he is still a freshman, so he has time to repent.
Brian Buechler
Groomsman
Brian is Andrea's younger brother. He is a mechanical engineer who is fond of differential equations. Brian had only met Charles a few times before Charles and Andrea started dating, but he was instrumental in this relationship. "You don't have anything to lose." When he heard excitement from the living room after Charles and Andrea got engaged, Brian continued nonchalantly drinking his milk in the kitchen. He approves of this marriage.
