If you will be utilizing the trolley for transportation, please view the schedule below: 4:30 pm Trolley will arrive at the Hampton Inn and Suites, wait 15 minutes until 4:45 for guests to board, then make a 2nd stop at the Newport Marriott to pick up remaining guests. 4:55 pm Trolley arrives at Newport Marriott, will wait until 5:10 for guests to board and depart to Regatta Place for the wedding. 5:15-5:20 pm Trolley arrives at Regatta Place with guests. 5:30 pm Wedding Ceremony begins 9:30 pm Trolley arrives at Regatta Place, leaving at 9:45 to drop guests off at the Newport Marriott, then to the Hampton Inn and Suites **trolley will wait until next departure time if no guests board at this time. 10:15 (Last Trolley for Guests) Trolley arrives at Regatta Place and will wait for guests to board until 10:25, then will make first stop at Newport Marriott and last stop at the Hampton Inn and Suites. There is limited capacity for seating on the trolley. We encourage you to stay and party until the end of the night if you are able to! 10:55 (For Bridal Party Only) Last trolley of the night will arrives at 10:55 and leave at 11:15. **Due to the limited capacity of seats, we are reserving the last trolley for the bridal party only. We encourage everyone to stay the entire night! Trolley seating will be offered on a first come-first served. There is limited seating and no standing allowed, required the company. There IS free parking at the venue, but if you plan to drink or prefer not to drive, please use a Rideshare company for a ride home, such as Uber of Lyft! There is a feature on both Uber and Lyft that you can schedule rides and their pick-up times up to 30 days in advance.

This hotel is an 11 minute drive to our venue. We have a limited room block here for 10/04, so please be sure to book using our link! While you're welcome to stay the night before (Thursday 10/03), please note that the room block is not applicable for that day. To book your room at our special rate, click on "view" below to get to our room block page. Use the code 'DBW' on the Hampton Inn and Suites website under 'Special Rates' and enter it as the group code if you aren't booking straight from this website or our link. If you're calling the hotel directly, mention the group code or the last names 'Buchalter & Dale' to get the discounted rate. Reservations for this room block must be made by August 23rd.

This hotel is a 5 minute drive to our venue. We will have a limited block of rooms reserved at this hotel. They will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do choose this hotel after the room block capacity has been filled, of course you can still book at this hotel! This is the closest hotel to our venue and is where the bride and groom will be staying. *There is a 2 night stay requirement if you choose to book through this room block (10/03-10/05). Please use the link to the block to reserve your room! Reservations for this room block must be made by September 5th.
