Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Regatta Place located at 5 Marina Plaza, Newport, RI.
With October being peak wedding season, we suggest you book as soon as possible! Please refer to the travel page of our website for hotels that we have secured room blocks for, as well as our recommendations for other accommodations.
Yes! The venue has a parking lot with valet. There are also plenty of rideshare options (ex. uber or lyft ) available in the area, which we would recommend using if you are planning to drink!
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. and guests are welcome to start arriving at 5:00 p.m. If you arrive early, you can get a drink at the Marina Cafe and Pub, directly across from the venue and within walking distance. Please keep in mind that if you are driving from out of town, Newport traffic can get quite heavy, especially on the weekend during the early fall season! We highly recommend booking a room!
We will be having a trolley transport guests from the Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa and the Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Middletown to the venue prior to the start of the ceremony. The trolley will also transport guests back to those hotels at the end of the wedding. Please view the travel & trolley schedule tab to view the pick-up/drop-off times for the trolley.
We kindly request cocktail attire. The ceremony and reception will be held under a tent. Please consider the typical coastal weather in early October, which can be cool and breezy at times. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on a dock, so we advise against wearing stilettos or heels that could pose a tripping hazard for the ladies!

Yes, there will be heaters on the patio near the high tops if it gets cold once the sun sets. There are also heaters that will keep the reception tent warm if needed.
