Where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will be held at Tetherow Resort in their Tetherow Event Pavilion! Address for Pavilion: 61234 SW Skyline Ranch Rd Bend, OR 97702 United States Ceremony will be held on the Ceremony Lawn. Please see travel and things to do for accommodation information, as well as, all the spectacular things to participate in at the Resort.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We'd recommend around 4:30-4:45pm, as the ceremony is set to begin at 5pm sharp!
Question
What happens if I am running late to the ceremony and will be there a little after 5pm?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. If you are late, you may wait at the Row or another location and join the cocktail hour/reception after the ceremony ends. However, we would hate for this to happen, so plan ahead! We want to see everyone's beautiful faces.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones/cameras during the wedding?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please no personal phones/cameras during the ceremony. We hired an AMAZING photographer to capture all the special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring your phone's/camera's out during the cocktail hour/reception. We will have some interactive activities that you will want to use them for, as well as, a hashtag #officiallyoleary to share all your reception pictures. What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor length, tea-length, midi- length or cocktail/knee-length dresses, jumpsuits or tailored pant suits. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans or shorts please! Answer
Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind the property has grass and potentially uneven terrain.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be having a limited bar, meaning that we have worked with the venue/catering team to offer specific alcoholic beverages at the bar. Drinks on us will include 3 wines choices (white and red), a domestic beer (for all you Coors light lovers), 2 signature cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. We will also be providing champagne during the toasts for all guests 21+. Any other drinks that are not specifically listed on our bar menu will be available for purchase. The bar will be serving drinks from the start of cocktail hour until 30 mins before the end of the reception

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will handle the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulation, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Do I need to bring my I.D. for the bar?
Answer
Bryn's motto is that "It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it." Tetherow reserves the right to card anyone who is participating in drinking alcoholic beverages at the bar.
