Maid of Honor
Dana and Kristin first met as freshman in high school playing against each other in basketball and softball. It was in college where they became instant best friends (with matching tattoos) and roommates playing softball together at Monmouth University. Over the years Dana and Kristin have enjoyed traveling all over the world together. Most notably was the 10 day Mediterranean cruise with the Pasini family in 2003. On the way to Kennedy Airport, Kristin announces that “something always happens to me and my family when we travel”. Within an hour, as we were going through security, the great NYC blackout occurred. After a 12 hour flight delay, we finally took off and arrived in Barcelona to find out that there was no luggage on the aircraft (due to blackout). Well done Kristin! They have also enjoyed going to many baseball games together especially the subway series as they root for opposite New York teams. At the wedding you will find Kristin tearing up the dance floor all night. She is the most loyal friend who will be there for you no matter what. She is the sister that Dana never had and has been a part of so many memories together. It's only fitting that she'll join Dana by her side as her maid of honor (obviously) on her greatest adventure yet.
Bridesmaid
Steph (ma) and Dana first met when Dana was working for the New York Red Bulls soccer team and they became instant friends. Before Dana moved to Weehawken Steph allowed Dana to crash on her couch so much that she became “the guy on the couch” and their pseudo 4th roommate. Over the years they have bonded over their mutual love of true crime stories, 90’s hip hop and R&B, bad boys in teen rom coms, wellness motivational speakers, and have gone on many trips together. Most recently Steph took Dana (who loves Michael Jordan) for the first time to the United Center to see the Chicago Bulls against the Golden State Warriors. With moves like hers, Steph will be the first one up on the dance floor busting a move at the wedding! Steph is the nicest friend you will ever meet and the mama bear of our group. Dana couldn’t be happier to have her standing by her side on her big day.
Bridesman
Sterling Danger is Dana’s Godson and cousin and has been her best little buddy since he was born. Dana has been known to give Sterling the most epic gifts every year. They have enjoyed going to an Army Navy football game, exploring the Home Alone sites of New York, going fast on jet skies across the lake together, and watching movies in Weehawken with pizza and cupcakes. Sterling and Dana share a very special bond and she couldn’t imagine getting married without her best little buddy being a part of it.
Best Man
David and Bryant first met in 2nd grade and have been the best of friends ever since. From playing basketball to video games in middle school to driving around Mount Kisco with their first cars in high school, they have been through it all. David and Bryant are much more brothers than friends and both their family and friends would agree. Bryant could be found at David’s house more than his own at times and constantly present at family events. During their high school days, you could find them in the cafeteria discussing the best new rap albums or sports with friends. They continued their strong friendship once in college where Bryant jokes he spent so much time at UConn, he deserved a second degree. They both graduated and returned back to their hometown where they continued their strong friendship whether they were watching sports, critiquing the newest albums out or going out with friends. David likes to play it off as shy, but will be chatting it up with old friends and making new ones throughout the evening of the wedding. He truly is a best friend and brother figure for Bryant that has been consistent and supportive throughout his life. Catch him on the dance floor enjoying the band or reminiscing with friends by the bar. Bryant is trilled to have him up at his side as his best man for this special day.
Groomsman
Mikey and Bryant grew up together from birth and realized in later years they are actually cousins. They often could be found at Pinecrest playing manhunt, basketball or practicing their wrestling moves while debating who would win wrestle mania. In middle school you could find either of them at each other’s house playing video games or watching sports. Fun fact - in high school Mikey and Bryant wanted to be rappers and even put out an album that the football team listened to on repeat. They bonded in music discovery over how to make beats and songs, as well as in the cafeteria laughing with friends over the latest Chapelle’s show episode. They spent weekends hanging with friends playing xbox, making songs or watching sports. Over the college years Mikey and Bryant discovered their love for beer and eventually began making their own. They have spent time with their new favorite hobby of home-brewing, which the two won a competition in the Bronx for at Gunhill Brewery. Mikey shares a love for creativity and passion for others that make it easy to see why their great friends. Mikey is a big dancer, so you’ll most likely find him on the dance floor showing up everyone or explaining the qualities of a beer to someone at the bar. He has been an amazing friend who is a great listener and always supportive whenever the time of day. Bryant is lucky to have another brother-like figure in his life like Mikey. Not a big surprise that he’s standing up there with Bryant.
Groomsman
Adam and Bryant first met in middle school, but really got close while trying out for the golf team in high school. Although they did not make the team, this began a close friendship and continued love for golf they still enjoy today. Adam would invite Bryant over on weekends that would turn into full weeks at a time during the summer where they would play video games and get tricked by Adam’s dad to help weeding for “allowance” that turned out to be a nickel. Throughout high school, the two friends spent many weekends playing golf, listening to rap or classic music, exercising with friends at the Sawmill Club or hanging out at “the cave” (Adam’s house). Their friendship only strengthened once college came around where Bryant drove up to Ithaca to visit, which resulted in him becoming close with Adam’s roommates until this day. They enjoyed summer breaks from college riding around their hometowns visiting the diner for burgers or practicing their golf swings in Adam’s backyard. Adam’s the type of friend anyone would kill for - very caring to always check in, and looking to use his humor to brighten your day. Bryant couldn’t ask for a better friend and sees him and his parents as family. You will catch Adam sipping a nice dirty martini and ready to hit the dance floor on the big day, and Bryant is honored to have him standing up with him for this special occasion.
