Flight
Burlington International Airport is just a 45 minute drive from Basin Harbor. You can get a direct flight from a number of cities, such as NYC, Atlanta, Philly, Washington DC, & Chicago. Basin Harbor has a shuttle that runs between the airport and the resort. To secure a spot, please call Basin Harbor prior to your travel day. There is a fee of $50/person for the shuttle. Car rentals, uber/lyft, and taxis are available from BTV airport.
Hotel
All wedding events will take place at Basin Harbor. The room block is now open. To receive the wedding rate discount, call Basin Harbor and mention our names when making your reservation. Basin Harbor has a three night minimum stay. A two-night deposit is due upon booking. The discounted wedding rate per night is: Guest Room: $249 Studio Suites and Cottages: $289 One Bedroom Suites and Cottages: $369 Two Bedroom Cottages: $659 (sleeps four people) Three Bedroom Cottages: $839 (sleeps six people) Rates include breakfast each morning. All 1-bedroom and most 2 & 3-bedroom accommodations have sleeper beds to allow an additional 1-2 people. There is a $25 charge per additional person which covers that person's breakfast and housekeeping.
Travel Note
If you'd like transportation around the property, you may call the front desk to arrange bell staff to pick you up from your cottage or anywhere on the property, and drop you at your desired location. This option is free! If you'd like to rent a private golf cart, here are the rates per day. 2 person: $60/day 4 person: $120/day 6 person: $162/day Note: All wedding events will be less than a 10 minute walk from your room. Golf carts will be shuttling guests from the ceremony to cocktail hour.
