There are many trails within Basin Harbor's 700 acres to explore. If you're looking for something a bit more challenging, you can sign up for an Adirondack hiking excursion. Basin Harbor staff will boat you across Lake Champlain to a cove and then guide you on a hike.
Paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, tubing, waterskiing, sail boats, pontoons, powerboats, sunset cruises, and shipwreck tours... Whatever experience you want on the water, they've got it!
Enjoy some wine and wickets on a leisurely afternoon. Croquet is always set up somewhere on the property. The badminton net is set up near the all-weather tennis courts on the North side of the property.

Amazing mountain-top views of the Vermont landscape, Lake Champlain, and Adirondack mountains. A 25 minute hike (or 5 minute drive) to the top. STOP 3: Folino’s Wood Fired Pizza and Fiddlehead Brewing Company. Fill up with a bite and a beer! STOP 4: Shelburne Country Store. Peruse local goods and order a staple VT creemee (maple/black raspberry twist is the best!) STOP 5: Downtown Burlington. Walk down Church Street (a pedestrian-only shopping street) and take a stroll on the waterfront.
