Key West Scavenger Hunt

This is open to wedding guests as well as additional friends & family who may have joined you in Key West!

We loved roaming the island and exploring all of the restaurants, bars and tourist attractions that make Key West unique. As a fun activity to get to know your fellow wedding guests and explore the island as well, we are sending you on a photo scavenger hunt. Clues, team assignments, link to upload photos and prize categories will be sent out the end of December. Prizes to be awarded at the Welcome Gathering. Please turn in results by 4pm Friday, January 2nd. The scavenger hunt will not cost you any money unless you decide to further explore the various paid attractions along the way. While some locations will involve unique attractions at famous bars, there will be no requests to consume alcohol as part of the scavenger hunt in respect for our sober friends and family members. For those who do drink, we are certainly not stopping you from doing so along the way. Please RSVP by October 31st

New Year's Day Dip & Sip Snorkel

12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

**Event will be weather dependent - We suggest waiting until closer to the event to book! - No formal RSVP but please let us know if you plan to join!** Bring a Swimsuit, Cover Up/Warm clothes for after, Sunglasses/Hat, Sunscreen, Flip Flops & Beach Towel. This is open to wedding guests as well as additional friends & family who may have joined you in Key West!

We love snorkeling and hope you will join us for a pre-wedding snorkel trip with Sunset Watersports. We took a snorkel tour with this company on our first trip to Key West and loved it! You will need to register directly on the Sunset Watersports website (link below) using code "congrats10" for 10% off your fee of $45.95. Please let us know if you plan to join! https://sunsetwatersportskeywest.com/snorkeling/dip-sip-afternoon-snorkel/ Check in is at 12:30pm with a boat departure around 1:00pm. We will snorkel for roughly an hour then return by 4pm. The return ride includes unlimited draft beer, mixed well drinks, margaritas, rum runners, wine and champagne! The boat provides all snorkel gear. If you are super prone to sea sickness or have partied a bit too hard for New Year's Eve, we recommend you stay back on dry land to avoid tossing your cookies all afternoon. We recommended eating a late breakfast/early lunch as the boat does not include food.

Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire. This is open to wedding guests as well as additional friends & family who may have joined you in Key West!

Please join us for dinner and drinks hosted by Fran & Mike Brown (bride’s parents) to relax and spend some time together before the big day. Event is from 6pm to 10pm. For those flying in on Friday feel free to check in and get cleaned up before heading over. No rush to arrive at 6:00. This event is for everyone attending, not just the wedding party. There will be a taco/nacho bar setup (Gluten Free options) with Rum Punch cocktails and mock-tails as the signature drink. Non-Alcoholic Stella & Athletic Brewing beers and mock-tails will be available. Any beverages you wish to have beyond the signature drink will require opening your own tab. Please note the 25% group gratuity fee will be applied to all separate tabs. Please RSVP by October 31st

Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception

4:45 pm - 9:00 pm

The wedding is Cocktail/Beach Formal aka dressy but with breathable fabrics and fun prints/colors. Ladies it's mostly brick, including the dance floor. Stiletto heels are not recommended.

Please join us for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, all held at the Audubon House & Tropical Gardens. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp due to the early winter sunset. Please arrive at 4:45pm. **Please note, due to venue limitations and regulations, only children of immediate family are invited to attend the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.** Please select one of the following meals when responding: Tropical Chicken - Lightly blackened chicken topped with a roasted corn, black bean salsa Caribbean Mahi Mahi - Fresh local mahi mahi lightly blackened and topped with pineapple/mango salsa Slow Roasted Bell Pepper Beef Tips - Slow roasted top round, mixed bell peppers in a port wine sauce Vegetarian/Vegan options available upon request.
