Airlie Gardens
Explore 67 acres containing formal gardens, wildlife, ten acres of lakes, more than 75,000 azaleas, the tall Airlie Oak which dates back to 1545. Walk the trails or ride a tram to discover landscapes where something is always in bloom. Gardens are open with last admission at 4:30 pm. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Highly recommend walking through this historic building with a lot of unique boutique shops in downtown! Free parking as well. shopping and dining.
Paddy's Hollow Restaurant & Pub
Located downtown at the Cotton Exchange! Named after Brooke's one and only Grandpa, "Paddy." Jk - but we can act like it is.
Wilmington Riverwalk
Downtown's historic walkway on the Cape Fear River. Over 200 shops, restaurants and attractions on including art galleries, pier, and a Marina. We love the Riverwalk because this is where we stay in the summer when we see our favorite artist, Griz.
