This is where the October 3-6, 2024 Weekend Wedding Destination will be held. Prices: Cabins: $325.19/night (2 guests) Each Additional Guest in cabin (regardless of cabin): $71.54/night Each Child 4-12 years old: 42.93/night (if indicated on invitation) Each Child 3 years or younger: Free (if indicated on invitation) Day Pass: $30.66 (if staying in nearby hotel or only coming for the day (food/drinks included during time at the retreat on day of DAY PASS) Remember All Food/Drinks/Alcohol Provided Oct. 3-6, 2024. Pricing Example: Couple in cabin: $325.19/night 4 Adults in cabin: $468.27/night (per person 117.07/night or $351.20 per person for entire Oct. 3-6 event stay) 6 adults in cabin even cheaper per person, these are examples. Specifics: Guest Cabin Reservations should be made by 9/1/2024. All cabin reservations will be finalized by 9/18/2024. If guests cancel reservation within two weeks of the event, they will be charged 50% of the total amount of the cancelled stay. If guests cancel within one week of the event, they will be charge the full amount of the stay. Room Rates: -$325.19 per night for double occupancy cabins ( inclusive of all tax and retreat fees). -$71.54 per night for each additional guest in cabin (inclusive of all tax and retreat fees) -Complimentary WiFi in public areas and guest rooms -Free self-parking if driving in, able to park at each cabin. -Complimentary stationed coffee/tea/sodas/snacks for all guests Use of sports fields and planned activities (zipline, skeet shooting, pools, etc)
