Austin-Bergstrom International Airport 50 minute drive from Austin, TX to Marble Falls, TX: Car rental or Uber/Lyft/cab services to The Retreat at Balcones Springs. Southwest Airlines have affordable rates from NOLA to Austin btw.

All food, drinks, alcohol included Thursday: Welcome Dinner Friday and Saturday, Oct 4-5: Breakfast/lunch/dinner Sunday, Oct 6: Brunch Activities throughout the weekend. *Please let us know of any dietary restrictions/food allergies as soon as possible.

We really wanted a place that offered on-site lodging, so no drinking/driving (not that anyone would) but also, because it's a great getaway on such a beautiful property and offers ample time and a place for everyone to hang out, get to know one another, and PaRtAY! Guest Cabin Reservations should be made by 9/1/2024. All cabin reservations will be finalized by 9/18/2024. If guests cancel reservation within two weeks of the event, they will be charged 50% of the total amount of the cancelled stay. If guests cancel within one week of the event, they will be charge the full amount of the stay. Room Rates: -$325.19 per night for double occupancy cabins ( inclusive of all tax and retreat fees). -$71.54 per night for each additional guest in cabin (inclusive of all tax and retreat fees) -Complimentary WiFi in public areas and guest rooms -Free self-parking if driving in, able to park at each cabin. -Complimentary stationed coffee/tea/sodas/snacks for all guests Use of sports fields and planned activities (zipline, skeet shooting, pools, etc)
