We will set up more chairs than wedding guests to allow guests to spread out while seated for the ceremony.
For those who can attend, in an effort to keep you safe and those around you safe, our venue has asked that while indoors you wear a mask when not eating or drinking. Feel free to wear your funkiest, favoritest mask or wear the one that we will provide for all guests, just know, that this is to protect all of you, the people we love.
In accordance with the State of Texas minimum standard health protocols, the venue will be cleaned and sanitized daily. Additionally, the venue has a cleaning plan that will include regular sanitation of frequently handled knobs, handrails, tables, chairs, etc. during the event. Restrooms will be regularly cleaned during the event as well. The venue has placed multiple free-standing gel hand sanitizer stations around heavy traffic areas including the bar.
The food will be buffet. Guests will be served by the catering staff. All servers will wear masks and gloves, and condiments will be served in single serve containers for pick up at the end of the food line. Additionally, all plates and silverware are disposable and will be cleared from the tables upon completion of the meal. Bartenders are required to wear masks when serving guests and will regularly sanitize the bar using disinfectant wipes throughout the reception.
If you have any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19, please STAY HOME: - Cough - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing - Chills - Repeated shaking with chills - Muscle pain - Headache - Sore throat - Loss of taste or smell - Diarrhea - Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit - Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19. As an added precaution, all guests temperatures will be taken upon entry to the venue.
